TGS No. 377 :: Dylan Sneed!

MLK

The MP3 of tonight’s show is available for stream/download here.

On the 40th anniversary of his assassination, Dr. King’s thoughts concerning war may be even more pertinent today than they were while he was alive, thus the excerpt from his Drum Major Instinct Sermon to kick off tonight’s broadcast.

For our friends (especially those in the mainstream news media), perhaps David Halberstam’s letter to his daughter, published 20 years after his experience during the Vietnam conflict, may offer some welcomed enlightenment.

Dylan Sneed ventures across the county line to share his wit and music.

    Hello,
I was looking for The Timeline Post.
They are playing on your radio tonight,
but I didn’t see them listed.
    Thanks for your help.
