The Good Show is an award-winning weekly specialty radio program featuring great music from emerging or under-appreciated artists, new and not-so-new, in a quirky and irreverent presentation aside from the songs themselves. The playlists include ample snapshots from the Texas community side-by-side with national and international talent in addition to regular segments showcasing live in-studio performances and interviews.
The show’s primary host, Tom Urquhart, is often flanked by his trusty co-hosts Tony Diaz and Neil Schnell, both working musicians in Texas bands Goodwin and Velvet Love Box respectively.
TGS broadcasts live Sunday nights from it’s flagship station FM 88.7 The Choice (KTCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, and been featured in The Fort Worth Weekly, The Dallas Observer, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram, John Peel’s show on the BBC, among others.
